All prices are in Euros. Unless otherwise indicated, prices stated on the paper or PDF catalogue as well as on the website’s online shopping, do not include VAT and transportation costs.

We reserve the right to change our prices online and on the paper or PDF catalogue at any time without further notice.

Orders can be placed via online shopping or email.

For customers of the European Community only:

If you have a VAT registration, kindly provide us with your VAT number in order to avoid the application of Italian VAT on the invoice. For companies based in Italy, please indicate VAT identification number, Fiscal Code and all the necessary data for Electronic Billing.

No VAT identification number is required for customers outside the EU. Find out more on VIES website. 


MINIMUM ORDER

We do not apply a minimum order amount for pick-ups, collections or purchases made directly at the Sawmill.

For shipments the minimum order amount is € 30,00 (VAT AND SHIPPING EXCLUDED).

Such amounts are exclusive of any and all taxes or fees applicable in your country, including custom clearance taxes and fees.


HANDLING FEES 

To meet the numerous requests for small amount orders, we have lowered the minimum order amount required for shipments (€ 30,00, excluding VAT and shipping).

However, ours is a small family run production structure and does not have the organization and logistic power of the large-scale distribution: this means that many small orders inevitably result in a rather high cost for us. We therefore charge handling fees to balance out these additional costs. 

For shipments to Italy and Europe with an amount comprised between € 30,00 and € 50,00 (that is excluding VAT and shipping), € 10,00 (excluding VAT) will be charged for handling fees.

For exports outside the EU with an amount comprised between € 30,00 and € 100,00 (that is excluding VAT and shipping), we will charge € 20,00 as handling fees. 

For orders placed through our website and for amounts exceeding € 200,00 of material (that is excluding VAT and shipping), a discount of 5% will be applied.

No handling fees are applied for purchases made directly at the sawmill. For more information see MINIMUM ORDER FAQ.


DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION CHARGES

Transportation costs are charged on the invoice and the cost varies depending on weight and destination of the goods.

PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE

All exports outside the European Union must be accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate, for which an additional cost of € 20,00 will be charged.

CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN

Required for international shipments by sea or upon customer request, it involves an additional cost of € 20,00.


CITES CERTIFICATE

For exports of material regulated by CITES, a supplement of € 45,00 will be applied to issue the certificate. Shipments of CITES-regulated goods can be forwarded only once the certificate is obtained from the competent Authorities.

PAYMENT METHODS

The accepted payment methods are: 

- Bank transfer: our IBAN, together with SWIFT/BIC codes, will be provided during order confirmation. 

- Credit card: we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express circuits; it is also possible to use PostePay. A 3D secure system (password required after data entry) must be activated on the card. In case of changes to the order, such as for instance the addition of a product or processing, an additional link will be sent via email to the Nexi portal, where you can carry out a second transaction to settle the order. All transactions will be accounted for after 5 business days.

- Collect On Delivery (COD): only possible within Italy

- Cash for direct purchases is only possible at the Sawmill.


RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

The deadline for making use of this right is 15 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, within which the customer is required to give written notice, also simply via email, to: RIVOLTA SNC di M. e S. The goods must be returned intact, un-processed. The reimbursement will take place within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods; the delivery costs of the return are at the customer’s expences.
